POSITION:  Inventory Clerk

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for confirmation and efficient investigation of Process Orders. Must ensure all production process orders are within acceptable parameters. Effectively investigates and resolves all variances that appear in the Process orders.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Completes daily reports of PSA locations via LX03. • Compiles a report of items in PROD locations. • Runs special stock reports weekly. • Reviews oil measurements and adjusts oil inventory as needed. • Makes appropriated corrections to consumables when received from production auditor. • Prepares weekly reports of IMS variances for internal leadership. • Prepares monthly IMS report. Reviews with Finance Manager - Warehousing. • Performs weekly rework analysis comparing total pounds produced. • Prepares weekly Waste analysis. • TECO orders that have been confirmed by floor certifier and reports variance which are considered ‘out of the ordinary’ to Finance Manager and Plant Controller. • Runs daily production variance report and enters explanations of variances which are outside of previously acceptable limits. • Requests approval from Finance Manager for components in the Process Orders not within acceptable variances. • Assists in Month end financial close, as needed. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

Must be technically competent working with production and inventory computer systems. • Must be skilled at Excel at a high intermediate Level, with demonstrated ability to create spreadsheets using formulas, performing pivot tables, etc. Ability to perform V-lookup is a plus. • SAP experience is a plus. • Must be able to read and respond to product specifications and product formulas. • Must have excellent problem-solving skills. • High School Diploma or equivalency required. Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Business, or similar area preferred.

FLSA Designation: This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.
